I'd like to ask why the X10 hosting website's Hosting Control Panel, when set to Vietnam, is inaccessible, showing a "too long to respond" message. However, after I open a video streaming application, it works normally. Could the X10 hosting support team please check and consider making Vietnam an exception so I can access the admin page?

The situation is generally like this: I'm a user in Vietnam and I can't access the website to manage my own website, which is hosted on cPanel. However, when I turn on Fake VPN software, I can access it normally. It's quite inconvenient, and I don't know why Vietnamese users can't access it and have to use software to change their IP address to be able to access it.
