its apparent that you understand english, can't you just set it to english? and say u live in the US or is it when ur installing that it fails

No, my OS is in spanish, and when trying to install, I just get an error saying that language is not supported. I wouldn't mind to have my IE in english, but...

Windows usually has the useragent of your default browser (I think), or the one it uses for handling internet docs.

One thing i still dont get about IE is why a bunch of paid developers *still* cant get their browser to understand css! [inspite of stealing code!!!]
