if I want to upgrade my free host to a paid one without transfer dates....?

Is that possible? coz transfer date is rly boring...and you know that when I backup my files from free hosting, probaboly get suspended due to high source...so it is a bit problem

now I wanna use a paid one like 7$/month-- which can be more stable,more safe,faster...etc but rly scared on backup&upload...

so is there any solution on that?

Your account would be transferred if you had paid hosting with x10. If your paid hosting is supplied by another web host it can not be transferred.
