if my web isn't running under the /www folder,any problem will be?

coz there were an accident @ my web so I rebuild one in /www/some folder and my domine connect to it,I just saw a topic said his web closed due to "not a real web" but from my domin@x10hosting can't see any neither, is there would be a problem?
