Since your account is currently permanently suspended, it'll be removed automatically. We do not expedite deletion in this case.

Prime is an addon to a free account, and as long as the old one hasn't been deleted (will take a minimum of 14 days) you'd be violating TOS by signing up for a new one. Note that the same rules does apply to Prime, uploading the same content would get you just as suspended as you are now.

HI.. i think my website is a clean site which is running on WP engine..
only some file must have been uploaded by mistake which may be suspicious ..
i will double check ,,, and upload the site next time in the new account (prime).
after this hosting account is deleted or removed..

will it get removed after 10 days..??
please if you can delete it now please do so..

It will get removed after 14, which Anna has clearly stated.

We also cannot expedite the erasure of an account, just as Anna stated.
