It seems to be a problem to do with the upgrades which x10 are currently doing on their servers at present. You should post a support ticket at: http://support.x10hosting.com/
And be patient as the problem should be fixed soon. Your sites have not been lost they should be restored as soon as it is possible to do so. The staff are very busy with ugrades so the sooner they finish the sooner everything will be back up and running smoothely. Please just be patient. Please keep in mind that this is a free hosting service!!
