my site address is just going to a directory page.

i cant access c-panel.

and i put in a ticket after you found my backup asking you to restore it. i later received a message saying added.

my domain is komodo.x10hosting.com

not sure what is going on. if necessary i can reload my site from my pc files as long as i have a c-panel/ftp password to use. can you private message me these if necessary?

all i need is the same subdomain (two4one.x10hosting.com) otherwise a lot of forum links will be inactive .

but my php doesnt seem to work properly.
each time i try to log in on my site (not cpanel or ftp) it does nothing
but phpMyAdmin does seem to work

I can't find the backup. It seems that one of the staff members replied 'added' to a few tickets in between Nov 25th 12AM-1AM but didn't save the ones they added. Not sure who did it as multiple people were working on this from the helpdesk. I can recreate your account if you give me the package you had.

I actually thought that was what was wrong, but the domain still shows the under Construction page!

All the files i can view though, like if i go to http://www.darkceldesigns.com it shows that udner construction page, but if i go to http://www.darkceldesigns.com/index.html for instance, it all works!
