Ignoring my support requests?

Dear administration, i have already requested for support on the issue of my website not working what so ever. Now i would like you to do something about it as i would liked you to do something about it before. This is third ticket. The first one has been ignored but had a few repies. Second one has been ignored completely. Third one i hope will avoid that issue of being ignored and will have something done about the issue i am having.
