Im Confused with this Problem

Im really getting very confused with this problem

I was previously on Ciroc, everything was fine and operating well.

When the servers were migrated, my forum disappeared and its phpBB3 RC7, i didnt pay any attention to it as i knew the migration is not complete, but since the scroll mark on top has declared that the process has finished, i started to worry.

Now i do have a small tool which is a database installled along with the forum its operating well and without any problem, but when i go to my forum it doesnt show up, and when i point to the index.php i get a 500 server error.

I also dont beleive that the migration is completely over, because sometimes everything disappears for a couple of hours. Is this true and i should wait for a longer time, or is it only me??

Are the files still in your public_html folder?

yes everything is the same, i checked the files using the file manager in my cpanel, the files havent been changed, they are their, but its like i cant access them

I cant even access my ftp account

If you can access cPanel you should be able to access FTP, they use the same info.

Try flushing your DNS, clearing your cache/temp files.

Also, 500 errors mean you have a problem with permissions, check the permissions on your files.
