Hey X10,

First of all, let me say that X10 has been an excellent service. I've had nothing but luck with everything that you guys have provided, for free nonetheless.

Ok...I realize that there has been a lot of upgrading going on. X10 is trying to provide a better service. With that said, I just wanted to let you guys know, that my account (peteloaf.net) is down...it just seems to go to a more or less blank page. Also, I can't log into CPanel. I just seem to get a login failure notice - almost as if my username/password is incorrect. Lastly, fortunately, I can log-in to one link to get into the forum. Unfortunately, on another link to get into the forum, I get a login-failure paragraph.

If I'm doing something wrong, feel free to let me know.

Once again, Thank You all for the great service that you guys provided for so long.

Hi Derek,

Thanks for the quick turnaround. It's appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's still giving me a message, "Login Failed".

I've had the same password since I've opened the account. I've never changed it. I don't think that I would even know how.

Once again, thanks for your help.

Hello,

Once the account panel upgrades are completed you should be able to login and change the password. It is possible during the moves the password file was corrupted, we have seen a lot of this happen.

The account panel should be back online within 24 hours, once online you can login and change the password.

If you're unable to do this please re-open this thread or create a new one.
