I'm getting the "/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" page but I haven't changed my domain?

My website (http://artfulme.x10.mx) has been acting up. When I try to load the "index.php" page (it's in my public_html/ root) via the domain http://artfulme.x10.mx, it sends me to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi... I'm confused, because I have not changed my domain, nor have I added a sub-domain or anything of the sort. However, when I try to load the index page by typing in it's exact address (http://artfulme.x10.mx/index.php) I have no problems at all. Can someone help me?... :(

Try clearing your browser cache and history. It is also possible that your ISP is caching the page (which will take time to clear).

I can see your site fine with out the index.php
