I'm getting the "/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" page but I haven't changed my domain?

My website (http://artfulme.x10.mx) has been acting up. When I try to load the "index.php" page (it's in my public_html/ root) via the domain http://artfulme.x10.mx, it sends me to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi... I'm confused, because I have not changed my domain, nor have I added a sub-domain or anything of the sort. However, when I try to load the index page by typing in it's exact address (http://artfulme.x10.mx/index.php) I have no problems at all. Can someone help me?...

Try clearing your browser cache and history. It is also possible that your ISP is caching the page (which will take time to clear).

I can see your site fine with out the index.php
