"Have visitors coming in" ...
1. If you really start getting that many visitors, just upgrade pay them the $10 or so a year to protect yourself. And maybe move to paid hosting. If you don't, do you think they will hold your domain hostage when they know you are using a Free domain name and a Free hosting service?

2. Even if you get 100K hits a day, what good would your domain name be to anybody else? It's not like yours is business.tk or faithhill.tk

3. As mentioned by bdister, I have not heard a legit complaint .... exactly what domains do "they" say dot.tk took back? My guess is that most of the complaints were from people who were running shady sites.

All it takes is a computer and internet connection to write an "online review". Those review sites do nothing to authenticate the posts.
Very easy for someone who used a .tk domain for spam, porn, etc and got shut down by dot.tk to vent their anger.
Dot.tk wants to protect their "brand" and not get shut out of search engines etc like other free domain providers.
There are "bad" reviews of x10hosting on the Net by people who blatantly violated the TOS (and what they were doing would violate the TOS of 99% of hosts, free or not), had their accounts closed, and then decided to "get revenge" on x10hosting.
