Hi to everybody. I am an free hosting user. My web site is: http://lascala.x10hosting.com/. Since two or three weeks ago, I can't log in "control panel". With online form I can log in with my "Forum" username: giorgio1, but if I try to manage my hosting, I get: "You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.
Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account. "
I had tried to sign up again, but automatic answer warn me the username or the password is already in use.
There is the way to have back my hosting username: "giorgio" and the access to the control panel?
I asked help already few days ago, but nobody gave me any help.
Please, somebody help me.
