I'm trying to sign up for a static account

My cpanel name is tbfn.
My domain is tbfn.x10hosting.com.

When I try to go to my domain, nothing happens! Not even C-Panel works. I linked my account and everything, yet I'm still on the "absolute" server. Can an admin fix this problem please?
