image compatability

I use the paint to make my my images if i am going to upload the file the image can't be seen why?

are you uploading this file as a .bmp?

Make sure that the file is not exceeding the max-size specified in the uploading service. and check the extension of the image file, it should be one of the supported extensions in the internet browsers.

what should i add to my css cause in the IE the form is left align and if i use firefox the form is in the center....
