Image hosting?

So I'm just wondering if I'm allowed to host an image hosting site. I tried at 000webhost but they deleted my account because your not allowed to host any thing in that order. There is no pornography,gore or anything in that order. I'm just trying this to see if anyone would use this. So I'm just asking so I don't get my account deleted ^_^
