I have recently obtained a free image hosting script and I have also read the ToS (numerous times). It says that file hosting is not allowed, does that also include image hosting?
If it's open to the public to upload whatever they want, that is file hosting and it's not allowed. It also can't exceed 1GB in total if it's a personal image gallery.
Yes. It would still be file hosting, because you are offering your hosting account space to host third-party content. That is clearly not allowed as outlined in the free hosting TOS.
