Image Upload allowed?

i have a question,
can i upload my own photoshop name designs?
or isn't that allowed?

If
1. You have the right to have the images and to use them as you are using them on your site
2. You are not using the account as a warehouse for files, that is, the images are part of the site and not just to save bandwidth for another site or space on your home computer

I make name designs for people

and the images i upload are just a few examples they can choose it out
