Image Won't Load - Help Please

On my site, my banner image wont load but all the rest will. When I "show file contents" in my cPanel it loads fine but on the site it only loads a blank spot with nothing there. Here is the particular code spot and the site.

That will be because the image doesn't exist.

http://forums.x10hosting.com/images/top-banner.gif returns "page not found"
