ImageMagick on stoli

My main questions are:

1. Is ImageMagick / GD installed on stoli?
2. If yes, are Ad-Enhanced Corporate free users with PHP v2 allowed to execute the modules?

Although I am aware that exec() is not permitted at PHP v2, I have seen posts before where people say that ImageMagick can be used (PHP level unknown)

Could someone please clarify this?

GD is enabled in PHPv2.

ImageMagick runs separate from PHP and is enabled and usable on all servers.
