From what I can gather from Googling that error message, this is a permissions issue (however, check your Disk Space Usage and inodes in cPanel to make sure those are not full). Here are my permissions that work:
public_html (755) -> wp_content (755) -> uploads (755) -> 2018 (755) -> 02 (755)
You can use the FileManger or a FTP client to change permissions.

Where do i find inodes usage? disk space is fine, and i already done that permission changing through ftp earlier.

cPanel --> Stats box (on left) --> inodes
Should have something such as #,### / 50,000
You may need to change themes to see the Stats box.

You can ask for additional Disk Space (not inodes), but there are some limitations. It's kind of iffy on galleries.

no, from what i see here you're allowed a max of 50k inodes on a free account. i'm facing that same problem, my answer - try to reduce the number of duplicated files. like library files for example. unfortunately x10hosting does not seem to support symlinks, that would be a big help, but one can configure their own code to load libraries and modules from a single repository.
