Images not loading, please help!

Dear all

I'm using x10 hosting to host simple image files. Not linking to a domain, page or website.. just using to host the files.

I am using macOS Mojave and photoshop to save the files as jpg. It was working fine until I logged in yesterday after a few months of not using, to update and add some more images onto the hosting, like I have done in the past with no issues. Used the same program I always use to upload - filezilla. Saved the images to the same images folder as the others currently live in.

I have googled the issue and found it might be something to do with Varnish Cache. https://x10hosting.com/support/general/varnish-cache?from_search=41967997 However I waited 18 hours and it should have resolved by now despite this.

Does anyone have any ideas?

That may be the least of your worries, what you have there is considered file hosting which is prohibited by ToS, see the section about File Storage.

File Storage
Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts.

Due to this the account has been suspended for breach of ToS.
