Where Do I upload The Pic To?

And Do I Upload The Jpg File Or Do I Upload The Index.html With The Pic?

depends where you have the html tag pointing to... if its just the file name then put in the same dir as the html file otherwise the path is relative to that or its an absolute url... i usually have an images dir so the src= goes to images/image.gif or whatever...
