imap certificate is not trusted

I have a problem with the SSL certificate on the IMAP protocol, when I configure my mail client it tells me, the certificate is not trusted

What information are you supplying to the mail client, more specific, server name, port, and security type?

port 993 ssl

It is because your SSL certificate does not cover mail.nuv4.x10.mx, just using nuv4.x10.mx as the mail host should suffice.

the error is identical, be careful that I had to make an SSL certificate with zerossl because the one installed was wrong.

the certificate in https is correct, only in imap return error

Try changing the mail server hostname to the same server name your service is located on. For you, that would be x12.x10hosting.com
