Resolved imap/pop servers for email?

Hi. I want to know what pop/imap server to use now. I used to use xo5.x10hosting.com but I don't think that works now. I have cloudflare running on the site right now so I do not know how to get mail.*mydomain*.com to work. Any help is appreciated

Also I do not know what port or anything, the new panel is confusing to me.
