Ok so the servers are hosted in the US, but my website is a Habbo fansite and many Habbo fansites have radios to keep visitors entertained, apparently here in the UK online radio owners would only need do get a licenced radio if it gets popular, 1000 listeners+.
I only aim to get around 40 listeners

So am I allowed to host my radio here at x10? Or are the laws different in the US that doesn't allow an unlicenced radio to be put on US servers?
