but when i add it to my account
it says:
Error from park wrapper: habbelite.com is owned by another user.
can the x10hosting staff remove the domain from the person who added it
i am the sole owner

I think it is added as addon domain in your cpanel so you can't park again. If you want to park then remove as addon domain and then park.

right now both your primary and habbelite.com are pointing to your account.
