Impossible to FTP from day 1

Impossible to ftp anything over as it won't coonect due to extreme slow connection.

Meaningless to have a free unlimited hosting but unbale to use it.

Not even abloe to set it up

Try these settings:

ftp address or server: yourchosendomain.x10.bz
username: is your cPanel username
password: is your cPanel password
