Impossible to register

Well after trying various times to register for a hosting package I have come to the conclusion it is actually an impossible task. Each time I try I just get stuck at one stage or the other with the same error repeating itself. Like your user name must have at least 9 characters when in fact I try anything from 9 to 15 with now positive result. Then the one time I managed to get to the part where I must link my account to the forum also just an error no matter how hard I try :rant2::rant2::rant2::rant2::rant2:

How many characters are in your CPanel name? If you read what was posted just above your post, GamingX states :

The cPanel username has to be less than 8 characters.

From my view, it shows 11 characters. Thats a bit more than 8.

I have not reached the stage where it has asked me for that information as yet. I have only completed stage one as below and now am stuck on stage two

I was on stage three as below when it decided to reject my user name and it took me back to stage two. I then changed the user name as in the screen capture and then I just get stuck on stage two with the error coming up all the time. This is the second time I am trying to register with the same results. I am using different info in my second registration than what I used with my first try

Ok this was a bit confusing as the account username seems to be the CP user name you are talking about. I made it shorter and am now waiting in a queue
