One thing you should think about, What is the purpose of hosting? If you want any commercial or professional purpose got paid, Otherwise free is best.

x10Hosting is by far the best, even compared to some (paid). One great comparison is 50megs, it does not offer the same functionality that x10 offers even with their premium.

x10 is best for personal usage, and even for just screwing.
