I had a working hosting account in may 2010, but then I went inactive afterwards. Things have changed on the website now my "general account" knows I have a forum account, but claims I don't have a hosting account at alll. However, when I try to create a new hosting account, my username "Zalaeth" is taken, meaning that my account still does exist in the database.
Ideally, I would like to get my old account back. If that's not possible, maybe get it deleted from the database so that I can use the name "Zalaeth" again?
