Log in to your account panel at http://www.x10hosting.com/login.php then click view suspension report, then it will say why you have been suspended, and *should* give you the option to unsuspend yourself. If you do not have this option, post back and an admin will have to unsuspend you manually.

Your account has been deleted for inactivity. It cannot be reactivated, it must be re-created. You may sign up for a new one if you wish.

Hello,

If your account was suspended for more than 10 days, it was deleted as garrettroyce say. So if you think that don't have this time, please let me know your cpanel username and i'll confim you if your account was deleted or is currently suspended.

How to I reactivate an inactive account?

Once you provide your cPanel username to Punk and he confirms that your account was in fact suspended for inactivity, you should keep in mind that you are required to log in to the forums a minimum of once every month to avoid inactivity suspension.

If you are unable to do that, you can pay only $3 to x10Hosting to be exempt from the forum log-in requirement for an entire year. I have a page on my website that explains how to do this:
