my father's account was suspended for inactivity it's ok he got it active again

But what keeps your account from getting suspended
do you just need to login to your x10hosting account through their website?
or just login to your FTP using a client or both?

anyone know the answer to this, it doesn't say in their online help

anyone know the answer to this
-
IF for 30 or more days you did not log-in to the Account Portal at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - your account will be suspended for inactivity - you can (or could have) un-suspend it from within the Account Portal - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the maintenance system (computer) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files and databases - anytime after the 21 day delay (total 51 days after date of last log-in) - NO backups are made

FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and making forums post-:- and logging into your own website - do not count
all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
