Inactivity Suspension :S

I got a email saying 10Hosting has an inactivity policy that will soon affect your hosting account delta789, for what reason i don't know, they said how i have to log into the forums and i just logged on yesterday and got the email today. And when i follow the link to create a account they say the email address is already on the forums and i logged in yesterday can somebody tell me whats happening before i get suspended

Your forum account is not linked with any hosting account.So to remain active it must be linked.So login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and link your accounts

i think that you maybe left out the x10 part cause that link didn't go anywhere to anything about x10hosting

I tried to link it an when i typed my username it said the name is already in use so i tried to use another username an the said how the email address stored under the client account is already is use on our forums so i cant link it
