My account was almost certainly suspended for inactivity within the past day. However, my Hosting control panel says I don't have any hosting plan at all. I've had an active set of forums running on a free account for about a year. I'm sure there's an unsuspend button somewhere, but I can't find it in the new UI. Can you tell me what's going on, please?

So that's my support request, it came out a little more terse than I'd have wanted. Sorry. So, does anyone know what's going on with this? Please?

Thanks!

Actually I've got a heck of a guess for ya - the original post isn't under the same username as your reply. If you've got both forum accounts, the one that actually has an account linked with it is brisingre - according to what I can see on the AIP:

Created: 2009-05-03 01:45:35
Synced: 2010-04-17 19:45:55
Suspended: Suspended

The reason isn't showing up here but my guess is it's the inactivity one you were thinking - that might be why it's saying no account linked. Try logging into the information panel with the brisingre username/pass combo and see if it finds an account that way :)

Edit: Forgot to mention that if that does bring it up, look for an unsuspend button - inactivity's one you can undo yourself.

Thanks! That worked perfectly!

I must still have that old account kicking around...

You can adjust which forum account is linked to the hosting account by going to Account -> Forum Account -> "Swap" in the panel.
