Just noticed my account had been suspended due to inactivity and yet ive paid for Inactivity suspension subscription?

Hello spcservices,

I have restored your web-hosting account. It will still show as suspended in the account panel, but is not actually suspended. This is due to our backend system not updating. The backend system should show the correct information within 24-48 hours. Your website should be fully accessible now and if there is any issues let us know.

As for the inactivity timer, do you have a receipt or something of the sorts to confirm it just so we can look into the issue for you?
