Inactivity Suspension

was suspended to to inactivity and got notifications on apr 11 but they went in spam and were not seen ..my bad.. i want it to be unsuspended, please help !

Hello,

It appears as though your account has been terminated, after the 2 week waiting period. There is no way to recover any account data, as you are responsible for your own backups. What was the cPanel username, and we can do some more digging?

Unfortunately, there is no account that I can see to be unsuspended. Today is more than 14 days after you were notified of the suspension. I understand that that you missed the email, but when a suspension is unresolved for 14 days, the termination script will run and then delete your account. Just to be absolutely sure, could you tell us your cPanel username?

Hello,

I'm afraid it does look as though that has been terminated. No files can be recovered of any time, sorry.
If you're still interested in hosting, you should be able to add a new account to your client account at the account panel.
