Inactivity Timer (1 Year) Not Working

I paid for a 1 year inactivity timer removal, but my account was recently suspended for inactivity.

Despite using the password reminder I received in my email.

I recently purchased double it and double it again, along with the inactivity timer removal for 1 year.
The "quadruple it" worked, but the timer is not working.
Please help me.

I have checked the account. Th inactivity timer was added. Let us know if you get suspended again for inactivity.
