Inactivity Timer, does it stop Suspension.

So im not sure whats cusing this but my account says im active but I bought a Inactivity Timer doesnt that stop suspensions, or do the suspension emails go out any way?

The emails go out anyway.

The script that suspends users know if the inactivity timer is enabled but the script sending emails does not.
