Hello,

I recently received an email from x10hosting as follows:

-----
x10Hosting has an inactivity policy that will soon affect your hosting account skm0328. We require all users to access our forums and login at least once per month. At this time, your x10Hosting forum account skm0328 has been inactive for 52 days.

Acessing our forum is easy, simply sign-in using the below URL or from our Account Panel. Remember to access it at least once per month to prevent inactivity suspensions. Posting on our forum is never required - The only requirement is that your account is logged into.
-----

I don't see why I am getting this message as I have paid for the inactivity timer 1-year subscription starting Jan. so that I don't have to check the forums at all. Why am I getting this message?

Thanks for your help,
sherry

False alarm due to a script they were testing.

Just to expand on that (not that descalzo is wrong, he's 100% right on this), the script for the warning email wasn't checking if you had the timer or not by accident. The good news is the actual suspension script does, so it wouldn'tve caused issues anyways, other than the rogue email :)

Hello,

The inactivity timer is working on your account so you should be fine.
