no, it is still the same as before. But it was disabled a time ago. Only if you bought the inactivity timer that waves it to 6 months. (it applies to everyone on free hosting)

This is not correct.

The inactivity timer is $3 per year. It waives the requirement for a full year from the purchase date. It does not come with any other add-ons but must be purchased separately from http://forums.x10hosting.com/payments.php
