Inactivity.... Wtf?

I just got an email from root@server3.x10hosting.com, which sounds kinda suspicious but the email didn't have any links to any other site but I am a bit concerned from what it said:
You have been suspended because of inactivity.You may reactive your account by going to the following link http://staff.x10hosting.com/reactivate?code=354006606 If you have problems please visit http://www.x10hosting.com/index.php

(Note I needed to fix the reactivate to reactivate.php)

I did it, then got the following error:
Please follow the link found in your E-mail

I just went on my site 10 minates ago and on cPanel about 30, what the hell is going on x10?

It is an automated email telling you your account has been suspended and giving you a reactivation link, just follow the link and your your account will automatlically be unsuspended.

Btw, why did it say I was inactive?

Inactivity: Not logging into cpanel, but you say you were on cpanel, maybe the suspension script was run before you logged in, no idea...
