It does not want to let me un-suspend my account. I've been trying to get it unsuspended for a week.

Your Hosting Account is linked with forums username plexity

Login from that forums account. Then Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username plexity and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. and unsuspend your self

The forum username you should login from is "plexity"
