Inactivity?

I paid $3 so I wouldn't need to use the forum. But I still got a reminder? And now my website is wiped?
When I bought it, it didn't say renewal or anything.
I'll pay it again, but can I get my files back?

Hello,

The inactivity timer is for one year at a time, yours expired July 26th.

Regarding files, I'll escalate this into a ticket, we'll need to get them from the backup server. We recently migrated to better hardware, during this some accounts didn't restore properly with all files, but they should be in the backup taken prior to the migration.
