My account was suspended because of inactivity, I logged into the forums today, but no change. My account is still suspended.

Once you've logged in, you can head to the AIP @ x10hosting.com/control, login, and request unsuspension from there. I ran the unsuspension manually this round though, just to make it a bit easier
