If i do not upload any thing on site is there a time when it gets cloesd ?

Just wondering as the servers are kinda slow atm so was planning to get started when servers are running fine again ...

Yes, you need to have something uploaded to your site within 7 days, even if it's only very basic.

I agree it could be a bit tricky at the moment because of the server upgrade problems.

as zen-r says, a basic index file is enough to avoid suspension, even if it only says under consruction or something.

Also you still need to log in to the forums at least once every two weeks.
