In my account control panel on x10hosting.com, it says I've used approximately 100mb of disk space, but when I go into cPanel, it says around 300mb. It was 400mb, but then I deleted a lot of temp files (mostly failed uploads). Anyway, there's 200mb unaccounted for, and I can't find it in File Manager anyway. What is it?

Plus, Stoli's down again.

You might want to look at the disk space usage section of cPanel, it has a lot of options for clearing up temporary files to free up space. This could also be due to you not clearing your email inbox - emails and their attachments will take up a lot of disc space if you don't delete them.

Also, cPanel should be back up. It's currently having a lot of old accounts terminated to improve its future peformance, but in the short term this will be inconvenient unfortunately.

Yeah, cPanel has been fine, except for how all my uploads stop at 92% or thereabouts.

Well, no disrespect or anything like that, but Stoli has downtime every day. It's been up and down at least three times in the past 20 minutes. I can't get anything done. I keep hearing "Stoli will be much more reliable after this", but it never changes.

Trust me, there will be a change. Over half of the accounts on this server are being terminated because they're inactive, and I know for a fact that I and the other account managers have been suspending and terminating accounts on it like there's no tomorrow to try and help out. I do, however fully understand your frustration.

I also made a mistake in my above post, it should have said Apache not cPanel, sorry about that....bit tired ;).

Anyway, have you tried this out? I'd like to see exactly where all the space is going ;).

Apparently it's just my forum and portal that are using up the majority of the space. 180mb in my portal, although most of that is from images, and some uploads were duped because of failed uploads, and things like that. It's no problem really. I still have about 700mb free, and I'll sort through uploads later on.

Thanks for the replies, by the way

No problem :). I assume this is solved then, or is there anything else I can help you out with?

It's pretty much solved, yeah. I created a new thread for a different issue, however, so you may want to check that.
