I have no way of seeing what email you have here on the forums, so I can not look into your account at all.

That being said, your hosting account does come with a forum account by default, usually with the same name as the actual hosting username (as can be seen under "Quick FTP" on the main login panel), it is recommended that you use this for all support requests.
