Increase storage limit of 512 MB

Hello there, I've just moved to x10hosting and I've migrated my site over. However, I am limited to 512 MB of disk space. I've heard you can increase it for free. So, how do I do that, and can I get it increased, please? Thanks.

All free accounts start at 512 MB of disk space.
you must :
1- be using at least half of that space.
2- account has a valid (i.e. working) website that follows
the Terms of Service (TOS). and has been active at least 7 days.

you can e-mail support in case you have issues.
as it may take a while before staff notices your request
