index.html not default?

When trying to access my site, IconsbyDH.com, I am getting a blue default page

http://iconsbydh.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

However... When typing out Iconsbydh.com/index.html I get my desired page... What am I doing incorrectly in the FTP to cause this?

This is caused by the virtual host entry for the server not being updated yet. This can take up to 12-24 hours to complete after changing your main domain.

By the way, your website no longer redirects to the blue default page anymore. I can load your website fine. Clear your browser cache and try again.
